Community Counseling Center employment team recruits and employs highly qualified and effective professional and support personnel. The quality of our employees is well attested to by our consumers and all who are familiar with our system of care. The staff is our greatest asset and the Center takes every effort to employ and retain only the best.

At CCC we want Difference Makers. Those that are passionate about mental health, and who want to make a difference within their community. This is not mutually exclusive to our clinical staff, such as Therapist, Case Workers, Behavioral Health Technicians, or Emergency Services staff either; this also includes our support staff members, maintenance and custodial, billing coordinators, IT staff, and everyone in-between. Without the team we have, we wouldn’t be able to accomplish the services we provide.
