Congratulations to Megan Ernst for being selected as the Employee of the Month for December 2020. Megan is a Community Support Caseworker working in our Perryville Office and is supervised by Sarah Cross.

Megan was nominated because “she has continued to exceed her production requirements through November and December. Megan does whatever is needed to help out the team. She is truly an asset to our Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center (CPRC) program and team.

How long have you worked at Community Counseling Center?

I have been with Community Counseling Center 1 1/2 years.

What do you like most about working at the Center?

I like working with younger children and finding fun resources to educate them on their mental health.

What guidance and/or support would you offer a newly hired Community Counseling Center employee?

The guidance I would give to a new hire is: Really work on collaborative documentation because it will save you a lot of time. Do not be afraid to ask for help, and self-care.
