Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Services

Our Psychosocial Rehabilitation program offers opportunities for educational, career, social and recreational activities on-site and in the community. The program serves adult clients 18 years of age or older living with a serious mental illness. It operates six days each week and with evening activities often planned. Services are offered through group activity and geared toward an individual’s need for community inclusion, integration, and independence.

Vans owned by the Center transport members to the PSR and for the community-based activities. If you would like more information about our PSR program, please click on the appropriate county link below for our contact information in your area.
