JOB TITLE:             RESIDENT CARE WORKER – PRN

QUALIFICATIONS

The Resident Care Worker is required to have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D.  College credit hours in social work or psychology is preferred.  Experience in the mental health field is preferred.  Level I Medication aid certification, computer experience, CPR Training and First Aid training are preferred.

GENERAL DUTIES

The Resident Care Worker is responsible for the oversight of the clients’ safety and mental well being as well as the physical plant facilities.

JOB TITLE:             DMH NET NURSE LIAISON ASSISTANT

LOCATION:            CAPE GIRARDEAU

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalency with emphasis on secretarial/computer courses.  One year experience in medical office setting.  Must be organized and have good communication skills.  Data entry and computer skills required.  Must be able to work with the public

Assist DMH Net Nurse Liaison in implementing and maintaining Health and Wellness programs for clients, patients, and employees.

JOB TITLE:            QUALITY ASSURANCE MONITOR

LOCATION:             CAPE GIRARDEAU

GENERAL DUTIES

This position is responsible to help ensure the overall quality of service for Outpatient, Community Based Services, Emergency Services, PSR and other mental health programs at CCC.

QUALIFICATIONS

MSW in social work or MA in clinical psychology, psychological counseling or other mental health degree.  Knowledge of document requirements; i.e., State and CARF.

JOB TITLE:               CLUBHOUSE AIDE AND VAN DRIVER – PART-TIME

LOCATION:             MARBLE HILL

GENERAL DUTIES

This position is responsible for the routine driving of the Clubhouse van in addition to other transporting needs as available.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid Missouri Chauffeur’s License and a good driving record.
