Community Counseling Center’s primary mission is to provide comprehensive mental health services for anyone in need who resides within our service region. The Center serves approximately 6,000 persons per year, and provides nearly 150,000 hours of direct face to face treatment intervention. 200 plus professionals and support staff provide services from eleven separate locations.
Our mission is accomplished by maintaining and enhancing the quality of personal, family, and community well being in our service area. Thus, our VISION is to create a behavioral health care system that is capable of addressing our mission.
SENSITIVE DELIVERY: People in need of the services of the Community Counseling Center are often troubled and in pain as behavioral health problems involve one’s self image and identity. Hence, enormous sensitivity to the needs of patients is a high priority in the Center.
EVERY: user of the services of tile Community Counseling Center has special needs and requires special care. Attention to these needs requires a competent and highly skilled Center staff which is always available.
RESOURCES: are essential for adequate behavioral health care delivery. Aggressive solicitation and prudent utilization of resources is essential to ensure that appropriate and adequate services are constantly available.
Our VISION is to constantly maintain and enhance our VALUES in order to effectively meet the needs of all participants in the Center.
INTEGRITY: Users of the services of the Center are dependent upon the professional care that all Center staff deliver in an atmosphere of sincerity, understanding, and respect for their personal and social rights. Our standards are constantly evaluated in light of the needs of patients.
CARING, CONCERN, and COMPASSION are foremost in the minds of everyone associated with the Community Counseling Center. The Governing Board, the Foundation Board, the Executive Director, the staff are all selected for their understanding of the mission and values of the Center.
EMPATHY is essential to mutual understanding. Adequate behavioral health care delivery demands this understanding. A high level of empathy enhances the quality of care delivered by the Community Counseling Center.
