Employment Opportunities

    Community Counseling Center recruits and employs highly qualified and effective professional and support personnel. The quality of our employees is well attested by our consumers and all familiar with our system of care. The staff is our greatest asset and the Center takes every effort to employ and retain only the best.

    In order to keep staff members current in their field, the Center strives toward providing education and support services, as well as opportunities for additional experience and development. This is accomplished through weekly supervisory sessions, staffings, in-service education, annual staff development plans, and tuition assistance for graduate and post graduate education.

    As part of its plans for the professional development of its staff, Community Counseling Center also provides programs to support the total health and well being of its workforce. A center wide health and fitness program is available, along with a safety committee that implements recommendations to improve the health of employees.

    As an accredited organization of CARF International, Community Counseling Center encourages the employment of qualified consumers in selected part time or full time positions throughout the Center. Consumer positions require the completion of a pre-employment screening and in many cases the completion of pre-employment training.
