PSYCHIATRIC INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM (PISL)
A four bedroom living arrangement for transitional adults between the ages of 18 years up to the age of 26 with a diagnosed severe and persistent mental health illness. The residents must demonstrate willingness, desire and need to learn and/or improve independent living skills. Individuals may have a variety of presenting problems including a history of mental illness, severe functional disability, (i.e. inability to work, live independently, or maintain adequate social support) and possibly substance use/dependency issues. Residents will be expected to participate in treatment and follow the program’s expectations.
