New Morning Apartments (Fredericktown)
Community Counseling Center (CCC) was successful in securing a housing initiative in 2008 for individuals living with mental illnesses, disabilities, and/or poverty.
The New Morning Apartment complex constructed in Fredericktown was developed to provide low income subsidized housing assistance to persons with disabilities. There are 14 single bedroom apartments. The apartment complex is an 811 facility sponsored by our Center and supported by Section 8 Subsidies. The apartment complex meets the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) health and safety requirements and is managed by MACO Property Managers.
New Morning Apartments are available to Community Counseling Center's clients/patients residing in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry, and Ste. Genevieve Counties.
