Will I have to pay any fees?

Community Counseling Center strives to make services available to everyone in need. We accept insurance, and are a designated provider for many employee assistance programs and managed care providers. Medicare and Medicaid are also accepted for covered services for residents of our service area (Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry, and Ste. Genevieve Counties). Any portion of the fee not covered by a third party payor will be determined on a sliding fee scale based on household income.

 

Do I have to make an appointment?

Community Counseling Center (CCC) offices in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry, and Ste. Genevieve Counties are open Monday through Friday. Our Ste. Genevieve office is open on Saturdays. CCC offers both daytime and evening appointments. We will make every effort to provide a convenient appointment for you.
