The Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program in Madison County provides a variety of supportive and rehabilitative services to the chronically mentally ill. PSR offers opportunities for educational, career, social and recreational activities on site and in the community. The program serves adult clients 18 years of age and older, and operates five or more days each week with evening activities often planned. Vans owned by the Center transport members to PSR and to community based activities
