Children's Targeted Case Management
Children’s Targeted Case Management (CTCM) is a service coordination program designed for children and adolescents living with severe emotional disorders. The program provides and arranges needed support to maintain the child at home with family, to remain in school, and to avoid hospitalization or institutionalization. Typically, a caseload for a targeted case manager consists of 8 to 10 youths. Services are provided to residents of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry and Ste. Genevieve Counties.
