Boehme-Hinni Apartments (Cape Girardeau)
Community Counseling Center (CCC) was successful in securing a housing initiative in 2012 for individuals living with mental illnesses, disabilities, and/or poverty.
The Boehme-Hinni Apartments complex constructed in Cape Girardeau was developed to provide low income subsidized housing assistance to persons with disabilities. There are 10 single bedroom apartments. The apartment complex is an 811 facility sponsored by our Center and supported by Section 8 Subsidies. The apartment complex meets the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) health and safety requirements and is managed by MACO Property Managers.
The Boehme-Hinni Apartments are available to Community Counseling Center's clients/patients residing in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry, and Ste. Genevieve Counties.
